Hi I'm Steve

I'm an Australian Missionary in Thailand. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm currently 20, serving a mission in the Bangkok Thailand Mission 2016-2018. Before my mission I studied 2 years of my degree in secondary school teaching, hoping to teach language, maths and chemistry. I enjoy playing my soccer and guitar which I've done for a number of years. I have 3 Brothers, I come in at number 2. My older brother is married and one of my younger brothers is currently serving in the Indonesian Jakarta Mission, with my youngest still at school. I live with my Mum, shes just finished her nursing degree and now practices her profession.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I see the way families interact and what the Gospel brings to them, and the ideals and the environment of the Church. I want nothing more than to have a family like some of the families I have seen that the Gospel has created when it is the centre, a vibrant loving atmosphere full growth and hope. This is the Gospel for me, Hope for a brighter future, a loving family raised on good attitudes, united in the goal of growing and living in harmony. This Gospel blesses families and is the way to having a wonderful one now and for eternity.

How I live my faith

So, I'm currently serving my full-time mission, laboring in the Bangkok Thailand Mission. Before I had a large part in helping to local missionaries in my ward and helping them out, even if it was just a lift.
