Hi I'm RJ Livingston

I am Mormon. I grew up on a LDS Church Ranch in the small ranching community of Vernon, Utah.

About Me

I live in the country on a ranch. For elementary school I attended a two room school house, with grades k-6. From there I attended a 1A school. I have participated in many different activities. A few of the activities that I have participated in during high school are basketball, baseball, drama, and FFA. This year I was nominated as the Math Scholar I love to hunt, fish and anything else where I am outdoors. I love working on the ranch with my family. I like spending time with my horses, Luke and Coco. We have spent a lot of time together. I have also participated in the local 4-H club. In 4-H I have trained and raised 6 steers. I also attened National 4-H Congress in Atlanta Georgia. This has taught me what hard work and determination means. I have been called to serve in the Kumasi, Ghana Mission. After my mission I plan on attending College.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that I am a son of God. I know that he loves me and he wants me to succeed in everything that I do. I also know that along the way I have to do my part. I also know that Jesus Christ, the second member of the God Head loved me. He came to earth and suffered for me so that one day I will be able to return to Heavenly Father again. Jesus Christ set an example for me to follow. He also know who I am and what I am going through. He is there and he will do all that he can for me. I was born into an active LDS family, I have never doubted what the Lord has in store for me because I know there is a plan. I am a Mormon because I know that this church is the true church upon the earth today.

How I live my faith

I love to live my faith. I am a child of God, he knows me and he is always there for me. One of the ways that I live my faith is by serving others. Everything that I have is because the Lord has blessed me. I thank the Lord by providing service to others. I have served as a youth leader in my ward over the 12-13 year old boys, the 14-15 year old boys and 16-17 year old boys. I have also served on the stake youth committee for 2 years. In these callings I have learned how to be an example for others to follow. I live on a LDS Church Ranch, this mean that the ranch is owned by the church. I have spent a lot of time with different people. I have seen how the Lord takes care of those that are in need. I have witnessed how serving the Lord changed the lives of people. I know that when I serve others I am also serving my Father in Heaven. I live my faith everyday in everything that I do.
