Hi I'm Percilla Jane 'Alovili

I'm Tongan/Niuean. I'm 1 of 11 children. I love chocolate croissants and all things purple and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

Just like Nephi, I have been born of goodly parents. I have 9 handsome brothers and 1 beautiful sister. I love being with my nephew, Nganatatafu, he and his dad are my bestfriends! I love my Bollywood movies, King Khan is my favourite, I'm a sucker for Country music and good old R'N'B slow jams. Curry is never too spicy and rice completes every meal!! I have 2 siblings serving a Mission right now in Hamilton, New Zealand and Nukualofa, Tonga Missions, I'm the 3rd to serve and I've been called to serve in the Utah, Salt lake City, Temple Square Mission but will also serve in the Australia, Sydney North Mission while I wait for my Visa. *sings* "All is well, all is well"

Why I am a Mormon

Besides the fact that I was born into this Gospel, I love it! My Papa found the Church in Tonga and from their, our family has been blessed so much with this Gospel and even though my Papa has left us physically we know we can be with him again through the Gospel. I've had 19 years to learn and grow in the Church and in that time I've been able to gain my own testimony of the Book of Mormon and have received my own personal experiences that have strengthened my faith in the Church. I have received so many blessings and seen so many miracles in my life and the life of others. That's why I'm a Mormon, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I try my best, that's all I can really do. I fall short in soo many things and aspects of life but I am so thankful for this Gospel and the knowledge I have that I can repent and be better then who I once was.

What is faith?

To “hope for things which are not seen, which are true” Each day you act upon things you hope for, even before you see the end result. This is similar to faith. Show more Show less
