Hi I'm Jessica

I grew up in California. I have 4 younger siblings that make life never boring. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Well for starters I'm the oldest of 5 kids which makes life fun and always eventful. In high school I participated in choir, the cross country team, and the swim team. In choir I had the opportunity to sing in Carnegie Hall with my high school choir. Now I studying to become an Occupational or Physical therapist and will be attending BYU Idaho after my mission to Cordoba Argentina.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because every time I go to church and every time I read the Book of Mormon I feel warm and happy inside, almost like an invisible being is giving me a hug or a pat on the back for doing what is right. I also feeling that all the standards of the church that I have made my own standards are right and make me a happier person.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday whether it's with my family, interactions at work, or school. I have had friends and acquaintances who know me well enough to know what my standards are, and if a group of my friends are talking about something disrespectful or inappropriate and then I join in, they will change the subject or tell me it's something I don't want to hear. To me this means a lot because they are willing to respect me and my standards and I'm able to be an example to them and the people around me.
