Hi I'm Braden Reber

I'm a collegiate football player. I've been called to serve in the Botswana/Namibia Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the youngest of five children. I grew up in a family that was very active in getting outside. My family is really into sports so everyone in the family has done sports including my parents. My two sports that I excelled at were Track & Field and Football. I have played football for 10 years now. I worked really hard to earn a scholarship with a collegiate football team. I currently play for Dixie State University. In my family we grew up attending church every Sunday and then sharing what we learned at church over family dinner that evening. I really enjoyed those times because family means a lot to me and I love the times we're all together.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love this gospel. This gospel has brought me close with my Heavenly Father and has changed me to be a better person. I haven't always made the right choices and when I wasn't I never felt the peace, love, and joy that I feel now. I feel this way because when I choose to follow Jesus Christ I know I am doing the right thing. I know this gospel is true and I know that the Atonement is real and allows us to return to our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in this church one day at a time. I try to do my best and grow closer with my Heavenly Father everyday. For me I try to be a great home teacher. It gives me the ability to learn about others in my ward and reach out and serve them. I feel closer with Heavenly Father when I am serving my fellow brothers and sisters. Because I love to serve i have decided to serve a mission. I have been called to the Botswana/Namibia Mission.
