Hi I'm Kyle Taylor

I grew up in Colorado, USA. I study mechanical engineering at BYU. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the 5th of 6 kids in my family, I attended college at BYU for one year studying mechanical engineering, and will serve my mission in Buenos Aires Argentina from summer 2016-2018. I enjoy playing tennis, soccer, and frisbee, as well as snowboarding and skiing. I am a percussionist, and i play pretty much every percussion instrument out there, including the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Mormon, but over time, especially at college, I've gained my own testimony that this church is true. I've studied the Book of Mormon so much, yet every time i read it i still learn something new, it is such an incredible book, and it is 100% true. I know that it is another testament to Jesus Christ, there is no doubt in my mind, and I know that by following its teachings I can become more like him and gain eternal life.

How I live my faith

I'm in a student ward at BYU, where i was one of the leaders for the guys in the ward. I helped organize activities, as well as helped with the weekly administration that was required. I was also part of the committee responsible for the weekly program that was distributed on sundays. While a pretty minor assignment, it was still awesome to be able to help the ward out.
