Hi I'm Daniel E. Thompson

I am a Missionary serving in Mexico City, Southeast! I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have been called to Serve the Lord in Mexico City, Mexico Southeast mission. I love to share the gospel, and listen to others, along with serving them. I have a beautiful family of 6, my father, mother, two younger brothers and sister. I am the oldest of the four children. I love to sing, write poetry, play soccer, box, and run.

Why I am a Mormon

Jesus Christ, our elder brother, is the Savior of this World. He who knows us perfectly, every thought, desire or wish, he knows the intent of our hearts. By His grace, we shall come to know of the purpose we have in this mortal life, and the life hereafter. Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the world, He bled from every pore, His brow trembled at the flogging of the whip, He wore a crown of thorns, and was then nailed to the cross in Golgotha. He is the Savior of the world, who called twelve Apostles to bring forth the true Gospel, as He does today. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I am a "Mormon" Because Christ called upon a young man named Joseph Smith to restore the Gospel back to the Earth. I am a Mormon because although I may be imperfect, the true Gospel can and will perfect me daily, and because of this, I will one day become just like my Father in Heaven. The Book of Mormon is the Word of God along with the Holy Bible, the Gospel is restored, and Thomas S. Monson is our Prophet here on the Earth today. In his sacred name, even Jesus the Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I strive daily to build the relationship I have with my Father in Heaven, along with His beloved son, my Elder brother, and Savior, Jesus Christ. I try my best to find opportunities to serve those in need, or those who the Holy Ghost prompts me to help. To live this Faith is a challenge, but a mellifluous one. To try day by day, to live my Faith comes with daily prayer, scripture study, and a continuous love for life, and all of God's children here on the Earth.
