Hi I'm Hannah

Portland, Oregon, born and raised, but hate the rain. I'm a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints!

About Me

I'm Hannah, I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I'm a convert to the Church and a missionary for the Church!

Why I am a Mormon

It's a long story, that I can't fit in this little box. So to read it all follow go to this link!: http://hannahisonamission.blogspot.com It might seem like any other conversion story. I have heard and read many, and others appear to match my own or are so amazingly spiritual and miraculous that mine could never compare. But this one's mine. All mine. There was a lot that went into my conversion; 19 years of Heavenly Father preparing me for it, including 2 years of investigating the Church, and countless hours of praying.. But I wouldn't have wanted to get here any other way! My baptism was everything I could have hoped for. (Almost) Everyone I loved was there. The Spirit was SO strong and I felt Heavenly Father's and Jesus Christ's love through it all. Getting baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the long awaited answer to my many prayers. I know that this is the true Church; the Church that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ established while Christ was on the Earth. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, called of God, to restore His Church. I know that there is a living prophet on the Earth today, and he goes by the name of Thomas S. Monson. I know and am so thankful that Jesus Christ died for our sins so we can be able to return to Heavenly Father once again. I love this church, and even though I'm still learning, I'm loving every divinely guided step of the way.

How I live my faith

I'm not the most talkative person, so I try to live my faith by example. I strive to walk uprightly in Christ and follow His example every day!
