Hi I'm Cheyann McGuire

I grew up in Missouri in a town no one has ever heard of. I love reading and writing. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have currently completed my first semester of college at Brigham Young University-Idaho as of December 19, 2015 and am serving a full-time mission in Orem, Utah. I played softball all through high school and I was a cheerleader as well. I absolutely love reading, I am pretty sure I am addicted to it. I want to do something with books. I am leaning towards working at a book publishing company, mainly focusing on children's and Young Adult Literature. This is me.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church and was baptized at age 8. For a while I did not like going to Church. I struggled with my testimony, but then things changed. I was at Girls Camp one year and the camp director said something that has changed my life. It was towards the end of camp and we were all sitting and listening to her give a short talk. She told us that you probably won't know this now, but you are a daughter of a loving Heavenly Father. I felt that truth in my very being and I wanted to do everything I could to get to know my Heavenly Father. Since then my testimony has grown and I know the truth of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I am so grateful to be a member of His church.

How I live my faith

I am serving a full-time mission sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving others. I also read and study my scriptures daily to learn more and strengthen my gospel. I know that through sincere prayer and searching the scriptures I can, and you can, find answers to your questions.
