Hi I'm Emilee Green

I am currently serving my mission in Litte Rock, Arkansas! I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission in Little Rock, Arkansas. I grew up in Valencia, California. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother that I love very much. I am currently attending BYU-I where I have been faced with the coldest weather I have ever felt before. I love to laugh and make other people happy. Some of my favorite things include the Book of Mormon, Disneyland, the Rexburg Temple, and Gymnastics.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know without a doubt that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to the boy Joseph Smith and restored this gospel back on earth. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know we have a living prophet here on the earth today who receives revelation for this time of day. I know Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us. They want each one of us to be happy and be able to return to them one day. I love this gospel and the peace and comfort it brings to my life.

How I live my faith

I have a strong testimony of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I show my faith in them by striving everyday to keep the commandments and follow the promptings of the Spirit. I want to become the person Heavenly Father knows I can be. Attending BYU-I, I have the opportunity to be apart of a Youth Single Ward. I love having the strength of my peers around me as they build my testimony in my Savior each day. Life is not easy. We all experience trials and heartache. However, I know that there is someone who knows exactly what we are feeling and knows how to help- Our Savior, Jesus Christ. We can ask through prayer and we will receive the guidance and comfort that we so desperately need. I know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are aware of each of His children. They love each and every one of us more than we can ever comprehend!
