Hi I'm Karl

I grew up in Alaska. I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon

About Me

Growing up in Alaska I have had many opportunities for hunting, fishing, camping, and backpacking in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I am the oldest of four boys, and have two loving parents. I am currently a senior in high school and looking forward to serving a mission in Orem, Utah.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have receive a spiritual witness that this gospel is true, I have read the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and lots of modern day revelation, and I know that it is all true, this knowledge didn't come all at once, but gradually, as I studied, prayed, went to church, and studied some more this spiritual confirmation came.

How I live my faith

To live my religion, I love my Savior, love God, and love everybody I know. I go to church every Sunday, and help out in my Sunday School class. I wake up at 5:00 AM every morning to go to early morning seminary and learn about the scriptures, and I love it. Finally I participate actively in my young mens activities on Wednesday nights, and i have helped plan many camping, backpacking, and outdoor high adventure trips which almost always prove to be spiritually edifying, as well as being a ton of fun. More important than anything is the way I live my daily life. It is inspired out of my love for my God, my Savior, and my fellow men. I read my scriptures every night, pray frequently, and do my best to be mindful of those who need my help or friendship.
