Hi I'm Kari Moss

I'm a husband to a beautiful wife, a father to 6 sons, a grandpa to 11 grand kids, own several small businesses, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

For the first 20 years of our married life, I studied business management, graduated with a B.S. in Finance and worked in corporate America. When that stopped being fun , I packed up my boys and took them down to work with their grandpa installing sprinkler lines. When they were all grown, I kept the landscaping business and spent the last few years mowing lawns, putting in yards, and doing sprinkler repair during the summers. During the winters I fell in love with network marketing and built two small businesses. I love to camp, spend time with the kids and my wife and play my trumpet. Even though I am color blind, I also love to oil paint.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon Church and very glad I was. There are so many blessings that come from this but not everyone has that blessing. Because I found great joy in this blessing, I paid to go for two years to Norway where I served as a missionary in the land of many of my forefathers. My wife and I have raised our children in the church and now that we are 'empty- nesters', we have been called to serve in Singapore as couple missionaries. We are excited to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with people in that country who are seeking the truth about Christ. I love the Scriptures - the Old Testament, The New testament, and Another Testament of Jesus Christ called the Book of Mormon. All three of these holy records testify of each other and clarify truths that have been lost. I love my Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. I am grateful that they continue to speak to living prophets in our day too.

How I live my faith

In our church my wife and I currently teach Sunday school to the adult class. I love teaching with my wife. I also have the chance on Thursday and Sunday to teach at the correctional facility here in our little town. There are some wonderful, humble inmates who come regularly and are trying to turn their lives around. I enjoy leading discussions about our Savior and living prophets. Over the years I have been able to help the youth in our church advance in their boy scout activities. All six of our sons and myself earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the scouting program. I have also been a block captain for the city Emergency Preparedness Program which entailed making sure every family on our block had the information needed to stay prepared for any contingency.
