Hi I'm Carli Fenus

I grew up in Wyoming. I live on a ranch and do animal therapy with special needs kids. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Wyoming where I lived on a small operating cattle ranch. While in high school I was involved in an animal therapy program where we would teach disabled and special needs children how to ride horses and work with a variety of small animals. I am currently preparing to serve in the North Carolina Charlotte Mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because, well, if it wasn't for the Gospel and all that it brings I wouldn't be where I am today. I didn't grow up in the church, in fact I'm the only member in my immediate family. I didn't know what I was missing until I came into the church. I didn't realize I was lost. I was only 14 at the time, but I know if I had continued on the path I was on things wouldn't have turned out good. Looking back now I know that God was with me the entire time guiding me and preparing me to be able to do the necessary things to return to live with Him. I am a Mormon because I want to have all the joys this Gospel brings, eternal families, a knowing of who I am, where I came from, and where I'm going, and a knowledge that my Heavenly Father loves me so much that He prepared a way for me and everyone to return and live with Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to do my best and be an example to others. I love the happiness and comfort the Gospel brings, and I try my best to share it with people everyday. I am the only member in my family and though at times it is hard I know that as I keep doing what's right and keep learning the Christ like attributes that one day they will see that example and follow.
