Hi I'm Lauren

I'm a mom, a sports fanatic, and I love to make crafts, I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a mother of three beautiful daughters. I love the outdoors - I love hiking, mountain biking, road biking, and snow shoeing. Before I had my daughters if there was not one day a week that I came home bloody and bruised from mountain biking it was a miracle. I also enjoy baking, arts and crafts, and sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church by two amazing parents. My parents worked hard to teach me about Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. We spent every Monday night together as a family (family home evening and on occasion Family Fight Night). We sang songs, had a lesson, played games, and ate dessert. Family Home Evening is where I originally developed my testimony and my love for the church. I learned there that church can be both spiritual and fun. As I've grown older I maintain the same mind set. Being a member of the church is both spiritual and fun. I continue to be a member of the church because I have prayed and asked if this is the true church and I have received the overwhelming feeling that it is. I believe in all of the principles that the church teaches and know that when I live close to those principles my life slowly improves. Lastly I am a Mormon because I know that through this church I can live with my Husband and children after this life.

How I live my faith

I daily attempt to show Christ like love to all of those around me. I try to smile, talk and laugh with people wherever I may be. I teach young women ages 12 - 13 in church. I participate and assist in organizing service projects at work.
