Hi I'm Bryant

I grew up in Bakersfield, CA. I am a Manufacturing Engineer. I'm a cancer survivor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been a manufacturing engineer for about 4 years now. I've always enjoyed taking things about and seeing what makes them work. I've been married for about 4 years also. My wife is my best friend and we do almost everything together. I enjoy finding new hobbies to explore, I have a short attention span so usually one hobby isn't enough for me. I've done a range of things from cheese making to building a smoker and am currently torn between a mule or a dirt bike. I have four dogs that keep us company and busy. I also enjoy going for hikes and learning new things. I spend an unhealthy amount of time researching different topics. Haha!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in church my whole life but around the time I was 18 I realized I needed to gain a testimony for myself. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed about it and was able to gain a witness of its truthfulness. The gospel has been a huge blessing in my life and was especially pivotal when I was diagnosed with cancer. Because of the gospel I knew that life did not end here and if the worst was to happen I would still have my wife in the next life. This was such big comfort and am very grateful to have the church in my life.

How I live my faith

Currently I work with the missionaries that are assigned to our ward. Previously I taught the young men and was the scout master. Right now my focus is helping the missionaries as previously stated and making sure that the other members are there to help where they can. Ranging from feeding them to going to lessons with them.
