Hi I'm Cassidy Wall

I live in Utah. I am a collegiate athlete playing softball. I am a catcher. I am a Mormon. I learn it. I live it. I love it.

About Me

I love to play the game of softball. It is my escape and my favorite way to get away from the world and be stress free. I am attending college in a little town in the middle of nowhere and have come to love it. I love listening to musics. I will almost always be listening to something. My music will usually match my mood wether it be upbeat or slow.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church ever since I was a little kid. I used my parents testimonies for quite sometime. But I finally got into high school where I started seminary. I cannot even begin to describe how much that blessed my life. It helped me to make sure that I am reading my scriptures everyday and to make sure I was keeping my life happy and in tune with the spirit. It helped me to gain my own testimony. I was able to serve on the seminary council my senior year and holy cow did my life change for the good. I was able to see others the way that Heavenly Father would see them. I didn't judge people as much and I was very blessed by that. I know that my Heavenly Father knew that I needed that calling. I know that Heavenly Father knows us all individually. I know that I am His daughter and that I will be able to return to live with Him again someday. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I love reading it and feeling the spirit and being able to learn so much. I love my Savior. I have come to know Him at a personal level and for that I am so very grateful I know that He died for my sins and for your sins too. He knows what your going through and if you just have the faith to turn to Him he will help you get through it. I know that this gospel is true with all my heart. It is my true happiness and I do not have a clue what I would do with out it.

How I live my faith

I live in a little town where the LDS population is very small. I think on campus there are 5 students including myself that are active members of the church. Now growing up in Utah, I quickly learned after getting here that I lived a very sheltered life. I have definitely been thrown into the worldly flow of life. At first it was very hard. Knowing that you are one of the only ones is kind of scary but I am grateful for my morals and my standards which I have learned. They have kept me on the straight and narrow path. I know what I stand for and that I should always be an example of my Savior. I do this by always making sure I am in tune with the spirit wether it be on the softball field, in the cafeteria at school or just talking to a friend and making sure that our conversation is clean. I am so very blessed to have the gospel in my life and I know that by the small and simple ways I am living my life that I am making an impact on others.
