Hi I'm Elodie Ence

I go to BYU. I am the oldest of eight kids. I am currently serving in the Brazil Piracicaba Mission and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love going camping, hiking, and boating with my family. I have been a member of the Gospel for my whole life. I have gone to BYU for a year and am now going on a mission to Brazil. I have worked at a golf course near my house and have a love for the outdoors. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I have played the violin and piano for many years and enjoy performing in church and other activities.

Why I am a Mormon

Living the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings me more happiness than I could bring myself. The Book of Mormon changed my life when I read it for the first time. I had such a peaceful feeling and love for Christ. I receive blessings as I continually strive to become like Christ and make an effort to magnify my callings. I am able to use the Atonement to repent of my sins and start over. I would feel lost if I didn't have the guidance of the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I love trying to be a Christlike person in my daily life. I try to love others and be a friend to everyone. Since I am the oldest of eight kids, I have to be the example to my siblings and live the gospel. I have been on the service committee in my BYU ward and had different callings in Young Womens. Visiting Teaching has been a blessing as I have gotten to know girls in my ward.
