Hi I'm Cierra

I'm from Idaho. I adore donuts. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm pretty much a normal kid. Not too bothered by much. A little anti-social. Lol. Really super into art and everything about anything art-related. I enjoy wearing comfortable pants and traveling. Obsessed with good movies and love reading. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior and would love to tell anything that moves how wonderful it is to know what They are all about.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but still chose to be a member and choose it still because- it's true. All of it. It's a truth you can't deny and wouldn't ever wish to. I love this Gospel-I love the peace and the purpose I get in knowing the things I do. I love so many things about this church; just ask me and i'll tell you about which specific thing. I love it all.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Arkansas Bentonville Mission. I am now set apart as a disciple of Christ and direct representative of Him, and His church. It's remarkable to have such a privilege. I live my faith by trying to live as He did, and telling all who will listen about the things I have come to know for myself are true of His gospel. I'm trying to live how He would. That faith grows everyday I act on the knowledge I have been given; and I'm so glad for it.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Absolutely. The men and women are equal yoked, and complimentary to one another in a relationship and family life. Mormon women don't just come in a one size fits all. Mormons are just people. And their trying to be better each day. So take any given women you might see, and they could be Mormon. The stereotypical majority of LDS women is that their bottle blonde, match relatively well in their Sunday attire, and tote around a bunch of cutely dressed kids and emergency snacks usually consisting of cheerios in Zip-Loc bags. There is much diversity in the women of this faith, though. Different nations, cultures, states-all different women, same faith. Show more Show less
