Hi I'm Elder Rosengren

I grew up in Seattle, I'm the biggest car guy you've ever met, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I absolutely love cars, I love everything involving them, building, racing, socializing, and most importantly the symphony of exploding fuel, tire squeal and turbo spool. I took almost every opportunity I could find the past few years to witness and participate in car and motorcycle related activities while going to LDS Business College for Entreprenuership

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know that the principles that are meant to be lived in the church bring us closer to Christ who can help me in my troubles and lift me up when I turn to him. Not to mention the innumerable blessings that the church itself provides to all involved with it, even those who contribute. God loves us and is anxious for us to be righteous so that he can more fully bless us. I love the peace that being a Mormon has brought into my life and wish for everyone to feel the same way. By serving a mission I have been doing my best to share the wonderful message of the restored gospel which is the key to the joy I have felt in my life.

How I live my faith

In high school I spent a lot of my life in the gospel, going to seminary, mutual, church, and lots of camping with my church friends. I always strived to live my standards everywhere I went and to be the same person everywhere. I really wanted to serve a mission right after high school but due to circumstances, It wasn't until about a year and a half later that I was able to leave. I tried my best to live the gospel and utilize the atonement and really gained my testimony of its power in that time, I didn't understand why I was faced with certain challenges, but looking back I see that it was God's plan for me all along and it was exactly what I needed to gain my testimony of the atonement and teach me the importance of patience and humility. Now I am serving a mission in Phoenix Arizona and see that all of my trials and frustrations were drastically overshadowed by the joy I felt in turning to Christ and have grown to see that my trials became some of the most precious blessings. I spend my days now sharing the restored gospel of Jesus Christ to all who will listen and do my best to serve the Lord in the way he wants me to serve.
