Hi I'm Tiffany Parsons

I grew up in Montana. I'm a convert. I'm currently serving in the California Roseville Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Livingston, Montana. I joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when I was 17 years old. I am the only member of the church in my entire family! I attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for one year. Now I am serving in the California Roseville Mission! I absolutely love this gospel. I have seen firsthand how it can truly transform a person's life, and I'm very excited to share my experiences with others!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know Heavenly Father loves me. Before I joined the church, I wasn't quite sure of my purpose. I didn't know if there was a God, and whether or not he cared for me. I know now, without a doubt, that Heavenly Father loves me and has a miraculous plan for me. I am His daughter. I know as I follow His commandments I will be blessed in this life and the life to come.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by showing others Christ's love. I am putting a large portion of my life (school, family, friends) on hold for 18 months so I can serve the Lord and His people with true Christ-like love.

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Tiffany Parsons
Visitors are always welcome to attend church meetings! Our main worship service is called Sacrament and is held in the chapel. The most important aspect of this meeting is to partake of the sacrament (communion). The sacrament consists of bread and water which is blessed and passed around to those who wish to partake of it. During this time we also sing hymns, open and close with a prayer offered by local church members, and hear talks prepared by assigned speakers in the congregation. Following Sacrament meeting are different classes and meetings for the congregation and split up depending on age. Show more Show less
