Hi I'm Abigail

I was born and raised in Alpine, Utah. I have played the piano for 13 yrs. I'm a hiker, skier, and tennis player. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a university student. I have six people in my family. I have played tennis competitively for some five years and competed with the piano instrument, as well. I love anything to do with people. I look to find a career in the Human Relations department and work towards a humanitarian foundation.

Why I am a Mormon

The reason why I'm a mormon is very simple: When I live its teachings, I am happy. Being Mormon, gives me direction and peace in this world where it is so hard to find and feel the perspective we all long to have. I'm a Mormon because I love my Savior and I want to follow His commandments so that I can return back to Him and my Father in Heaven. I know Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the true church on the earth today. The Book of Mormon is the keystone of our religion and is the true word of God. Not only does the Book give us peace, but it was written for our day to provide guidance and teachings necessary for all of us. I am a daughter of God. And I know that my Savior and Heavenly Father love me. Prophets are called of God to guide and lead our church, and as we hearken to their teachings we will be able to return home again. I love this gospel. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I LOVE living my faith, every single day. I've had the opportunity to participate in many different callings within the church. I love being able to serve God's children and to show my love for them through those means. Visit teaching is such a great way to make new friends and get to know my neighbors better. The community is brought closer together as we get to learn and look-out for each other. We have the opportunity for many different events where we learn to be better and help lift each other. I get to serve as a teacher for the women within my ward. We learn of gospel principles every sabbath day.
