Hi I'm Jeanine

I'm a wife, mother, mother-in-law and a Nana and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my sweetheart for almost 40 years. I have 3 children - a girl and then 2 boys. All are married now. I have 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 11. I am a retired elementary school secretary. I love reading, sports and spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My mother was baptized a Mormon when I was two years old. I grew up attending church until I was 10 and my parents divorced and we moved to another state. I came back into contact with the church when I was 16 years old. After prayer and study and living my life according to the teachings of the gospel, I came to have a testimony for myself of it's truthfulness. The gospel has been such a strength to me in raising my children, in my marriage and in how I relate to others. I am so grateful for my Savior and His atonement. My membership in this church has brought me unbelievable happiness.

How I live my faith

I lead the choir in my ward/congregation. Although I am by no means a professional, I love singing music that testifies of Christ. Music touchs my soul and testifies of many gospel truths. In past years I have taught children and teens, worked in the nursery and organized dinners and activities for our ward. I love being able to serve others in whatever way I am asked.
