Hi I'm Stacy

I play sports, listen to all kinds of music, love to laugh, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love learning and have plans to receive a college education, but first I am taking a 18 month break to serve a full time mission in St. Louis, Missouri. I love listening to and constantly finding new music, I love playing soccer and basketball, but what brings me the most happiness in my life is this Church. It brings love and light to my life, is constantly helping me become a better me, and gives me a purpose in this life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in an Mormon home my whole life, and taught the principles and Doctrine of this church from an early age. Even though I was raised in the church, I still had many questions of whether it was true or not. My answer came through the Book of Mormon. While reading it I was going through a hard time in my life but God answered many of my questions through the Book of Mormon. These answers brought peace to my life. Even though the principles and practices of this Church have appealed to me, the reason I really continue to follow his Gospel is the peace and blessings it brings. Many questions I have had, have been and can be fully answered when studying the Book of Mormon and Doctrines of this Church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always striving to be Christ-like. I am by no means perfect but by studying scriptures, going to church, and praying I can learn what Jesus Christ was like and try to be like Him. In our church we are given opportunities through callings to help serve one another. I have had callings that have given me the job to help visit, serve, and make sure those around me and in the ward are doing good. As we serve others we grow closer to them and learn to love them. These people can become like family and I have learned that I can rely on them when I am in need.
