Hi I'm Emma

I am from Henderson, Nevada. I love to play sand volleyball, rock climb and be with family and friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and attend the amazing school, Brigham Young University-Provo. My major is Genetics and after receiving a Master's degree, I intend to become a Genetic Counselor. However, I am currently waiting to depart on a full-time, 18-month LDS Mission to Paris, France in mid-February. I will be teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to any who would like to hear and am very excited to embark on this journey!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because through this gospel, I have found and discovered the true way to complete, everlasting happiness. I have felt the pure love of my Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father and I know that I am important and have a purpose on this earth. I know that I will be able to see and even live with my family and friends after death. I know that I can pray to my Heavenly Father whenever I feel down or I need help, and he will be at my side. I know these things through the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and couldn't be more grateful for this knowledge. I love my brother Jesus Christ very much and testify that these things are true. God is good.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through activities such as attending church service every Sunday, going to weekly activities my church group arranges for any to attend, and by visiting others in my congregation monthly to share uplifting messages. It is a wonderful organization that I've found great joy in.
