Hi I'm Emma Blattner

I am a student at Brigham Young University majoring in Early Childhood Education. I love music. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University, currently studying Early Childhood Education. I hope to someday teach kindergarten or preschool. I love children and I love to see them smile and laugh. I have a passion for music and the arts. I find joy when I can share that passion with other people. My friends and family are a huge part of who I am as a person. Without them I would not be a fraction of the person that I am today.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings me happiness. When I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ I see so many blessings in my life. I know that by following those teachings, I can find happiness not only in this life, but for all eternity. I know that because of Jesus Chris I can be forgiven for my mistakes and someday return to live with my Father in Heaven. Without this church I would not be the person that I am today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reaching out to those around me. I strive to be an example of what Jesus Christ would do. I love spending time with little children and teaching them about the gospel of Jesus Christ. In church I am able to help other members by planning activities that will help people to have fun and get to know one another better. I try my best to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ by treating others with kindness and compassion. I am by no means perfect, but I do all that I can to live by the teaching of Christ.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

Emma Blattner
Mormons believe that Jesus is the actual Son of God. As church members, we believe that God sent Jesus Christ to earth to save us from our sins. He died on the cross and suffered for our sins. We know that because he did so, we can return to live with God again someday. Show more Show less
