Hi I'm Breanne

I grew up in Utah. I love to run and snowboard. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and currently serving in the Ukraine Dnepropetrovsk Mission. I earned my associates degree of general studies previous to serving my mission. I love to spend my time in the snow either snowboarding or cross country skiing. I also enjoy running. I have completed 6 Ragnar Relay Races in the states of Arizona, California, Utah, and Nevada. I love to travel, especially in European countries. I am the oldest child and have 3 younger sisters.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that there is no other way to live and be truly happy. My parents are both Mormon as well and I was raised going to church and living Mormon standards. I have chosen to stay a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I know it is the only true church on this earth. Through lots of study and countless prayers I have felt my Heavenly Father testify to me that this church is true. I know that Joseph Smith really did see Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that Joseph Smith translated it correctly. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God. I know that our Heavenly Father knows each of us personally and loves us. He loves us so much he sent his son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for the sins of every single person. Because of The Atonement, each of us can repent and become clean again. Jesus Christ suffered the same exact pains and afflictions you will suffer throughout your life. He truly knows that trials and difficulties we are going through. If we ever need help, all we need to do is pray to our Heavenly Father and he will send us the help we need. The Holy Ghost is the third member of the godhead and we are able to have the Holy Ghost with us at all times once we are baptized. The Holy Ghost will truly guide us and comfort us if we live worthy. I know that temples are the house of the Lord. I know that because of the sealing powers in the temple families can be together forever. I know that Priesthood power is real and from our Heavenly Father. I am so grateful for this knowledge I have of the true Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church meetings each Sunday. I make sure I am always at all my meetings. I am preparing to serve a mission, so I attend mission prep every Sunday. This class teaches me skills that I will be able to use in the mission field to be a successful missionary.
