Hi I'm Daniel

I'm an ocean-loving biologist!

About Me

I'm a Marine Biologist! I love my job and I love cheese! I was born in Switzerland and lived there for eight years before moving to the United States. I speak fluent French, English, and Armenian! Serving a two-year mission in Armenia was one of the best experiences of my life. In my spare time, I love to play sports and read. I'm currently writing a young adult fantasy novel with my wife and we spend lots of time discussing the fun world we have created. Life is great!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the experiences in the past that have lead me to believe that there is no other way to happiness but through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has blessed my life so much with a wonderful wife and job that I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for me. I have a strong testimony of the fruits of this gospel and am always excited to share what I know with others. That is why I live the way I do.

How I live my faith

In my youth, I participated in the youth and scouting programs and received my Eagle Scout award at age fourteen. I also went to seminary classes each day before school for four years. On my mission in Armenia, I taught the gospel of Jesus Christ and helped bring happiness to the lives of many people through Christ's teachings. Now, I am working with the youth myself as a leader for their weekly activities. I love their energy and craziness, and I am excited to coach for these same young men in church basketball this spring.
