Hi I'm Marilynn Pixler

I grew up in Gilbert, Arizona, USA I am a Mother and housewife, I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a mom with 5 children and 7 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. I am 75 years old. I am a housewife and worked outside of the home only about 5 years in my life. I love to decorate my home and work in the garden. I sew and cook and play the piano a little. I love being with my children and grandchildren, the little ones especially. I love also to travel around the world. I have been to many countries and places.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love it and I know it is Heavenly Father's church here on earth. I was born to parents who were members and when I was 8 years old, I was baptized a member and have been active every since. The gospel of Jesus Christ teaches me the way to live so that I can return to live with my Heavenly Father again someday. I love to read all the scriptures and learn from them to help me live my life better also.

How I live my faith

I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. I have always been really involved in the church by teaching and visiting members. I have been involved in homemaking projects, and taught the youth. I have also been activities chairman many times and organized many parties, camp-outs, dances, etc. I recently was a missionary away from home for 2 years with my husband.
