Hi I'm Raquel Bosch

A Venezuelan raised in the States since the age of 4. I own a mobile Beauty company, & I dance Hula professionally. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Florida. I started my own mobile beauty company in 2010, I make people feel beautiful by enhancing their features with makeup and styling their hair in a way that best fits each individual. I do hair and makeup for weddings, photo shoots, television, and all occasions. I also do Beauty Workshops and Beauty Camps statewide for girls ages 12-18 as well as mother-daughter events, these consist of confidence builder activities, hair tips, facial care, etiquette and bonding time. Im fortunate to do what I love... and get paid for it! I was introduced to the Art of Hula when I was 12 yrs old in the Young Women program, at church, since then I have become a professional Hula dancer for two dance companies, as well as compete and dance part of several Hula Schools in South Florida. I am the instructor and choreographer for our hula school and the Director of the shows and co-director of our biggest annual production. I work based on appointments and show dates, and don't have a set schedule, I always work at various venues and come across all walks of life. I'm blessed to have others trust and be part of so many peoples special days and events whether its entertaining or beautifying.

Why I am a Mormon

My confidence comes from the knowledge I have gained that my parents taught me growing up, at home, as well as the church leaders instilling core values in me. I'm confident because i'm confident in my Heavenly Father, he created me, to not be confident would mean I don't have confidence in his craft. I was raised in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I have chosen to continue in the faith because I know that what is being taught really does come directly for my Heavenly Father. Everything I study and have been taught makes perfect sense to me and I am living proof that being brought up in truth and light will help you reach your highest potential (I see the work and have a lot more to grow), live a joyous life, press forward and recognize who I am. Not only does everything make sense but i feel it it be true, thanks to the Holy Ghost which testifies of truth. Families are eternal and when families are being attacked I know this, the Gospel unites families! The commandments and scriptures are for our own benefit as you read it you will realize that this is the same Gospel that Jesus taught while he was here on earth. I have seen miracles in my life and have had personal experiences of which I know and cannot deny the faith. I know I am a daughter of my Heavenly Father who loves me and I love Him. I know that my redeemer lives, even my brother Jesus Christ. I know that the Gospel was restored through Joseph Smith for our benefit in this time. I know that President Thomas S. Mosnon is called of God to preside over His church and is truly inspired to lead us and guide us in these latter days. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is true and His church was restored to help us fulfill our covenants to be able to return to live with our Heavenly Father again. I owe my life to the one who died for me and for you to atone for our sins and he is the only way to salvation. I choose to loose myself in Christ. I know this Church is True and I testify in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

How I live my faith

My schedule allows me to be able to serve my community and be flexible for my church calling with the youth, I teach Sunday School for 16-18 year olds. Growing up and being part of such a perfect organization has taught me and given me the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and educational environment. As I teach Sunday School I have the opportunity to read and study the Gospel of Jesus Christ even more. I strive to live by example, by living a way that reflects Jesus Christ's characteristics. This is very challenging, since its not the most popular thing in our society, but as we all know challenge comes with growth, I learn as I study about His Gospel. This fills me with His Light, and I try to reflect just that. Someone once told me I put a little bit of my confidence in a little bottle and share it with everyone that I come across... I hadn't realized it but I like the sound of that! The base of so many peoples conversation is so negative and foul however, I try to speak the opposite.
