Hi I'm Jenny Raymer

I grew up in Africa and was adopted at the age of 15 to America. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up in Africa. Moved to the United States at the age of 15 through adoption. I was lucky to be adopted with my brother by the same family. Currently a student at Brigham Young University. Go Cougars!! I enjoy ballroom dancing, drawing, painting, and long boarding. I can't swim but i love being in the ocean. Especially when it was big waves. The current of the ocean helps me stay a float where as in the swimming pool, i will drown. I love eating food but i don't enjoy the process of making food.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i love the way the gospel makes me feel. I love what i have become through the gospel. I love the person i am in the gospel. And i love the potential of what i will be with the gospel.

How I live my faith

I am a convert of the church. I grew up Catholic till i discover the L.D.S faith. I loved this church from the beginning. I was attracted by the light in its member's eyes and wanted it in my life. I had to make big adjustments in my life upon joining this church but it was worth it. The biggest change for me was to stop drinking coffee and to change my wardrobe. These two things have been a part of my life for as long as i can remember but i was happy to give them up for something greater and better. It seemed like a small price to pay to follow the Master
