Hi I'm Les

I was born in Idaho. I grew up in Wyoming. I am Married. We have five Children, 18 grandchildren, and 8 G-Grandchildren.

About Me

I graduated from college in business management. I have been a Certified Public Account for over 40 years. I enjoy football, finding rocks, and camping and fishing. I have been active and served in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (aka The Mormons) all my life.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were members of the church, so I was taught about Jesus Christ from an early childhood. Because of spiritual promptings I have received as I read the scriptures and serve in the church, I have been actively involved as of my life. I do have a testimony that Joseph Smith is indeed a prophet of the Lord. He saw the vision as he describes it and he was an instrument in the Lord's hands to restore the true Church of Jesus Christ to the earth in these latter-days. I further testify that Jesus Christ is the literal Son of God, that He directs this Church through a modern day prophet, President Thomas S. Monson. He came to earth to save us from the bands of death and sin. Through his Atonement we be resurrected and able to return to our Father in Heaven if we are obedient to His commandments.

How I live my faith

I have served in the Church in several leadership positions, include bishoprics, and Stake High council. I served as Young Men Leader and Scoutmaster for many years. I was currently service as the Ward Clerk until my calling to serve a mission starting February 8, 2016 in the Florida, Tallahassee Mission.
