Hi I'm Jessie

I am a young mother. I am a convert. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 22 year old mother of two beautiful boys who are my entire world! I recently just graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and currently stay at home to raise my children. I love to cook as well as clean occasionally :) I love being outdoors and traveling with my family to pass the time.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I chose to better my life and become someone I could be proud of, and so my children could see how wonderful it is to live your life within the Gospel. My testimony of the Gospel is strengthening each and everyday and I know it will continue to grow as much as I continue to let the spirit into my life. My husband was the one who baptized me and brought the Gospel into my life. I never had a personal relationship with my Heavenly Father until I started listening to Him before I got baptized. He brought me my husband, as well as so many other blessings that it is impossible to turn my back on the Restored Church. I have a testimony of the Church and the kind of Spirit that it will bring into my life. I know that this Church is the one and only true Church on the Earth today and I am grateful that it came into my life. The eternal blessings we are promised if we follow our Savior are something that will continue to keep my faith strong. When I am involved in the Church and striving to be more like my Heavenly Father, I feel the Spirit around me and my home more than I ever did. The more I continue to be in tune with the Spirit, the more it comes into my life and blesses me and my family. I don't know where I would be without this Church and the Gospel in my life. It has truly made me a better person, mother, and wife, and for that I will work hard and make my Heavenly Father proud of me. There is nothing more wonderful then to know that He is watching over me and my family. And the Church helps me see that. I love this faith and the love I have for my Savior is beyond comprehension.

How I live my faith

I am currently in the Primary Presidency and love that calling. I have actually been in Primary since I became a member 4 years ago! Primary is where I love to be! The children give off such wonderful spirits and they help me learn more about our wonderful Gospel. I love how the Spirit radiates off of the children each and every Sunday as I get up to teach them more about the Scriptures, Temples, the Sacrament, etc. I have been teaching children for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it. It may get trying at times, but that is why I love it. There is never the same day in the Primary.
