Hi I'm Savanah Ward

I grew up in the United States. I have been called to serve a full time mission in West Virginia. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Idaho Falls, ID. I grew up helping with the work on the farm and ranch, fourwheeling, snowmobiling, camping, shooting and riding. I played many different sports growing up, but my favorites are basketball and softball. I graduated from high school in 2014 with certificates as a nurses' aide and phlebotomist. I finished one year at Brigham Young University-Idaho, majoring in psychology, and I am now serving a full time mission in the West Virginia Charleston mission.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents raised me in the Church. But that doesn't mean that I never came to a point in my life where I had to choose whether I really believed it or not, and if I was going to follow it. I have had some difficult experiences in my life that have made me question many different things. But when I look back on the things I was taught growing up, it is what brings me the most peace. I love this gospel, I know it is the fullness of what Christ taught, and I love how it only influences us for the better. This is where my happiness comes from. I have seen it change lives, and I am so excited to be serving a mission and see it change even more. I have seen so many miracles as I've been out, and I no longer believe in coincidences. God's hand is always in the details of our lives, and all we have to do is look for Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving those around me and in the church. I also live my faith by being an example to those I do serve, and to those who may look up to me in my life. I work every day to do better than I did the day before, and to follow the example of my Savior Jesus Christ.
