Hi I'm Brian

I grew up in Fairview, Wyoming. I've attended a semester of college down at Uni. of Wyoming, and I like running. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Heya! I'm a countryside guy from the desolate lands of Wyoming, USA where sagebrush reigns supreme and jackalopes run around in the corners of your vision. I'm pretty shy but I love to talk about the Gospel, so do not hesitate to start asking me questions. I graduated from Star Valley High School, after 4 years of doing track and field (though I didn't touch the field events) and ran the 800 meter dash and the 1600 meter run. Before I was a missionary, I loved video games and playing board games. I try to be funny and I love puns especially. I also attended one semester of college before I went to a mission over in London, England.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the covenant at Star Valley, Wyoming and have enjoyed the blessings of the Gospel clear through until my High School years. However, just being in the Gospel didn't really make me one of the decidedly blessed and chosen to serve God. I needed to read the Book of Mormon, and pray that it was true. I finally came to appreciate my circumstances, and that is why I have chosen to become one with Jesus Christ, because it all makes sense, because we as a human race are one family, with Heavenly Father being the patriarch of all. He has given us the way to learn and return, and I can promise you that they joy you will receive will be immeasurable.

How I live my faith

Right now, I'm serving to bring others unto the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love bearing testimony and I want peoiple to know that the Gospel blesses families. It's my fervent belief that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, families can be together forever. This is important to me especially because there's no other blessing that has made an impact in my life more than my family, and I want everyone to share in the wonderful gift that is family. Everyone deserves to trust others, and feel the closeness that the Church brings. I also know that the Gospel is for everyone. There is no forbidden demographic, no social hatred strong enough to overcome what Jesus Christ has done to ensure that everyone can come home to Heavenly Father. The Gospel of Jesus Christ brings about change, and being able to change oneself to become better is something that everyone, including myself, desperately needs. Heavenly Father knew this, and so he restored this back on the Earth through Joseph Smith, who translated the Book of Mormon which shows how God cares for all people and how Jesus Christ is indeed our Savior who has freed us from the influence of the grave. Through the word of the current day prophets who have authority to administer to God's people given from God himself, I know that the Latter Day Saints of the Church of Jesus Christ are on the way to an ending even greater than paradise and that anyone and everyone should learn of what the Gospel is about and decide if they wish for the ending that all of Christ's disciples will enjoy, and be willing to do what it takes to get there, which is changing oneself into a better person.
