Hi I'm Danika Lamoureux

I grew up in south western Canada, and was born into a Mormon family. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up Mormon, in a family of 6. I am the second born. I lived with my family up until I attended college in Kelowna, BC and completed the Culinary Arts Certificate program with honors on 3 different scholarships. I then worked in the industry for 3 years when I decided to move on from that career. I have traveled to Australia and I would like to travel more.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. Because I have gained my own testimony through trial and error in my life. I have failed tests in this life time, but I have also passed tests. I have experienced my own trials and tribulations throughout this life on earth. I have lived many years with the gospel and many years without. I know that life is happier with the gospel, and its undeniably true teachings. I have had many experiences in my life that provided living proof that the teachings are true and very real. I am a millennial child and as such expect and prepare to do the difficult. I know how much the lord loves me, and how much I love him, so I have faith that I can accomplish the impossible through him. As a young adult in these latter days I feel a great responsibility to share the gospel and serve my brothers and sisters. I am here to help prepare the world for the second coming and to gather members from the four corners of our earth. I know I have a mission on this earth and I know I was sent here at the time that I was needed. I will serve diligently in anything my father in heaven asks of me. I have a strong testimony of temple marriage and eternal family. I know that I will be reunited with my loved ones after I leave this mortal life. I have faith in my Heavenly Father that he has a plan for me, that I am to prayerfully seek direction from him. I know our Heavenly Father loves and cherishes each and every one of his sons and daughters and that he has a plan in store for each of us individually. We all have a purpose on this earth and it is up to us to follow in his path. I am Mormon, because I love the gospel and its teachings.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday and participate in activities through out the week with the YSA ward.
