Hi I'm Brittney Harman

I am from Twin Falls Idaho. I enjoy music, art, and literature. I am a future sister missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Brittney and I am currently a student at BYU-I and majoring in Business. I recently just submitted my mission papers and am excited to spread the gospel with the world. I am a middle child of 6 with a 23 year spread between the oldest and the youngest. I enoy listening to music, going on adventures like cow tipping, and roadtrips to new places. I also enjoy drinking hot cocoa on wintery days and laying on the beach in the summertime.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, and all of my family are members, so I was never a stranger to the teachings and principles of Heavenly Father's gospel. However, I too had to decide for myself if the church was true. When I was 12, I had a Sunday School teacher who encouraged me to read the Book of Mormon again on my own and pray to know for myself if it was true. I took his advice and after praying to my Heavenly Father I had the best peaceful feeling that the church is true and that I need God's gospel and atonement in my life.

How I live my faith

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my entire life, but I am still a beginner in the faith. I have taught lessons about the Bible at church, been on youth activity committees, family history consultant, youth leader over young women, and even been a specialist for treats. I haven't always had it easy or enjoyable at church, because neither I or others are perfect. But through the good and bad I love attending church and worshiping my Savior, because of how I am able to partake of the sacrament and feel the Holy Ghost. I am on a mission to share the good news of our Savior and His Plan of Happiness.
