Hi I'm Kyle LeCheminant

I'm a musician, an explorer, a sweater connoisseur, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always been very interested in music, whether it's listening, playing, or performing. I play the drums, marimba, a little piano, and any other percussion instrument. I'll play anything else I can get my hands on, but whether or not it sounds good is a different story. I love to go hiking, backpacking, camping, river rafting and almost any other from of outdoor exploration. Nothing beats a good ole' outing in nature! I love to learn about the world and the possibilities it presents for me, and I'm for learning about almost anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it gives my life meaning, and I can feel the truth and the light that comes from it. It's important to me that I never have to feel alone, and it gives me strength and motivation knowing that death is not the end. I love to look at the world through the lens of the Gospel, because it makes so much sense. I NEVER stop learning, and it's always exciting knowing that all truth is accepted in my faith. It helps me have stronger relationships with my family and friends, and overall makes me happier. It's no question to me whether or not "Mormonism" is the truth, because everything in the world is a testimony to it, and the feelings, thoughts, and experiences that come with it transcend description. It's real!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church, seminary, and sharing it with my friends. I love to relate things that mean a lot to me to the gospel, such as family or music. I'm currently serving a mission in South Carolina!
