Hi I'm Hannah

I grew up in Idaho enjoying my time with family, fishing, hiking, and other various outdoors activities. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a deep love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I have a desire to share that love for it with everyone I meet. It has brought me immense happiness in my life and I want that same happiness and feeling of peace for others, that only the gospel can bring. I have two sisters, Aubrey and Allie. Aubrey is 21 and Allie is 9. They are my best friends and I am so grateful God gave me them to help me through this life. They make me laugh, laugh until I cry, and laugh until I can't breathe. They are the best siblings in the world. :) My Mom and Dad: They are the greatest parents any one could ask for. My Mom gave me a love for life and for adventure. We are always doing something crazy together whether it be cooking or going on Sunday afternoon walks. She is my best friend and I can turn to her with anything. She is always there supporting me, and always listens to me when I need to unload. My Dad gave me the love for the outdoors; Camping, fishing, hiking, and my love for animals. I love horse back riding, and hanging out with my dog in my free time. My Dad is a great example to me of someone who appreciates God's creations. :) Me: I am a simple person who enjoys simple things. I love spending time with family and home is wherever they are. Friday nights are usually dedicated to family movie night. I love surrounding myself with positive people who all have the goal of becoming a better person each day. That helps me to know I am always headed onward and upward.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I want to be. I want to follow Jesus Christ. I want to experience the joy the gospel brings and I am experiencing all these things. The gospel and the atonement of Jesus Christ bring great peace and harmony into my life. I have felt the Gospel work miracles in my life through God and Jesus Christ. As a wise ward member here on my mission in Ruston, Louisiana said "I know exactly where I would be without the gospel, and it is not a pretty picture." I also know where I would be without the gospel and looking at it from that perspective I can see the hope that it brings into my life. Now I get to go out and share that hope with others. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the example of Jesus Christ. There is no greater example of love, selflessness, and charity that you will find anywhere else. By trying to become more Christ like each day, I find myself increasing my faith in my Savior and having a desire to walk as He walked, talk as He talked, and Teach as He taught. Currently serving an 18 month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ has taught me that there is no better way to bring people unto Christ than through living by example and opening my mouth to proclaim His word. I am so blessed and grateful to have this opportunity to serve.
