Hi I'm Josephine

I grew up with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I'm studying Music Therapy. I'm serving a mission in Jacksonville, CA. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a singer/songwriter and I play guitar, piano, ukulele, and I pick up a few instruments here and there. I'm going to school studying music therapy and I hope to one day work with autistic kids or in a children's hospital.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I grew up a member of the church, I have had my fair share of trials and faith testers that have caused me to really build my own testimony. Being diagnosed with arthritis was one of the hardest things in my life. I found myself growing very depressed and it became easy to blame God or my parents, and more often than not, I blamed myself. But there came a time when I was at my lowest and found my thoughts turning to Christ and His Atonement. I realized He suffered for everyone so that someday I won't have pain and my physical faults will be gone. The gospel brings hope and joy into my life. My parents and leaders and war members have been such a great love and support in my life and have truly emanated Christ's love and I know that through keeping God's commandments and living the gospel, I can share that same love and joy with others and bless their lives and help them know of Christ. That's why I'm Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example of love and charity in my community and in my ward. I love community service and seek out opportunities to help my neighbors and friends. It's a great way to spread Christ like love!
