Hi I'm Bailey

I'm a college student. I'm the oldest of four girls in my family. I like to write original songs on the ukulele. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in New York and loved traveling to Manhattan with my family on the weekends and during the summer. At age 16, I moved to Utah with my parents and 3 younger sisters. After graduating high school in Utah, I attended Brigham Young University for one semester. I am planning on majoring in Physics Teaching so that in the future I can become a high school physics teacher. In my free time I enjoy running, spending time with friends and family, and writing original songs on the ukulele. Music is very important to me and plays a big role in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me happiness. As I strive to follow Jesus Christ, I feel myself becoming a better person than I ever could be on my own. As I read the Book of Mormon and the Bible, I receive answers to difficult questions I have. I also find added strength, guidance, comfort, and hope through my trials as I pray to God and ask for His help. I am a Mormon because I have received personal confirmation that this is Christ's true church on the Earth today with a living prophet. I believe this so strongly and that is why I am sacrificing 18 months of my life to share this message with others in Nicaragua!

How I live my faith

While living in New York, I had the opportunity to direct the music each Sunday at church. I also participated in planning fun activities and dances for the youth ages 12-18. I loved helping with this because it allowed me to get to know other Mormons my age. I am currently called to serve as a missionary for the church and I will be serving in Nicaragua to teach others about our religion for 18 months.
