Hi I'm Stephen Nathaniel Marshall

I grew up in California. I am an Eagle Scout. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have recently finished my first semester at BYU-Idaho and am now preparing to serve a full-time mission. I am serving in the Montevideo West Uruguay Mission. I am the youngest in a family of five other siblings with a mom and a dad.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) because I have always been shown that the church teaches principles that uplift others and does not discriminate. I love the teachings and I am personally uplifted by the words of the scriptures, the prophets and apostles. Without the foundation that the church has helped me build, I do not know, nor would I want to know the place I would be now. I have had sins that I have been able to overcome because of the love of God, Christ, and all of my fellow members. This is why I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

I have always tried to live by example. I have led large youth groups consisting of both members and nonmembers and taught them the basic and more advanced methods of leadership. Many of these skills teach the youth to be better leaders and better missionaries. I have always felt that it is important to live life as if someone was always watching. Because with that thought, I am always able to be a light unto others.
