Hi I'm Danny Child

I'm a computer coder, musician, and currently a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student at BYU-Idaho studying Computer Info. Tech, focusing on security. Music is part of my lifestyle, being talented in trumpet, piano, guitar, and french horn. I have also taken up running as a hobbie, like my dad, hoping to go the distance as well as he did. Being the oldest of two siblings, I've always been the example and peacekeeper of my siblings.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many truths that I have learned here where I can't find more complete anywhere else. I have seen the blessings that following this gospel has given me, and I hope the same blessing for everyone else.

How I live my faith

We have commandments that if we decide to follow, will make our lives a lot better. By putting my faith into practicing what has been taught and asked if us, I set myself to be an example to others. I have learned to make it part of my lifestyle, and I have seen the great effects it has on me, and those I am around. Even something simple as language, friends and acquaintances will notice the difference, and even support me in the uplifting decisions I make. Being an example is the best way that I can live and show my faith to others.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Danny Child
Families are the center of life. we love, serve, teach, and learn from each other. In any situation we face, we can always turn to our families for guidance and support. Through families, God's plan is sustained and provides the path for all of us to learn of His truth. Show more Show less
