Hi I'm Kiera

I'm not perfect. But through him I can be. I'm Mormon. I live it. I love it.

About Me

My name is Kiera and I am 19 years old. I am now serving my mission in the California Fresno Spanish speaking mission. I was blessed to be born with a family who has such strong faith in this church. My life has been full of ups and downs but this gospel, my loving family and friends have helped me stay strong. To never give up.

Why I am a Mormon

I would like to bear my testimony. God knows each and everyone of us. He knows our thoughts, our feelings, our wants, our needs. He not only hears our prayers but he listens. He loves us unconditionally. This life is hard. We didn't accept the plan to come here thinking it would be easy. This gospel doesn't get rid of the challenges we have in life. It just helps us get through them. He makes it possible. I am grateful for my trials. I have learned so much from them. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet called by God. He restored this gospel back to Earth. I am grateful for his faith, his love, and bravery. I don't know where we would all be without him and his devoted spirit to the gospel. He went through so much for us. I am grateful for the atonement. Heavenly Father sent his only begotten son to sacrifice his life for US. For OUR mistakes. He went through so much so that would could repent and be forgiven for our sins. I am also grateful for the opportunity I have to sacrifice a little part of my life to serving the one who has given me everything. I know we have a true prophet called by God on this Earth today. He receives direct revelation from God so that we can get the guidance and direction that we need. I'm grateful for the Holy Ghost. The comfort of peace we can feel when we do what is right. Attending the temple, listening to uplifting music, reading our scriptures, and our patriarchal blessings. My Patriarchal blessing has been a huge blessing in my life. It's my own personal liahona that I can use for guidance as I live righteously. I'm grateful for this gospel and the light it brings into my life. I know this church is true. I live it. I love it. I am grateful for my family and friends. The great influences that they have had on me. I say that in the name of thy beloved son, Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I have had different callings throughout my life that I have each loved. I just barely received a new calling to work in the nursery until I depart on my mission. I have already loved being able to see the strong testimonies and love towards our heavenly father that these little kids have at such a young age already. I worked hard through my time in the Young Woman program and earned my medallion. It was challenging at times yet so worth it.
