Hi I'm Tyler

I Love Music, Cars, My Family and most importantly serving the Lord in the WVCM. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated High School in 2015 and am 20 years old. Currently, I am across the country away from my family and friends serving a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (and I couldn't be happier). I absolutely LOVE my family. They are everything to me. But I also have a love of the desert and the sun. If it is a sunny day then I am happy. being away from Arizona (the true sunshine state) I have really come to know that. I also enjoy driving around the city at night or off-roading through the desert while listening to my favorite music.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's literal church here on the earth. It is the truth. I know that not because anyone has told me that or taught me that growing up. I know it because I have sought for answers. I have prayed and asked God what was right and he answered my prayers. I have felt God's love for me and felt the strength and forgiveness that can only come from Him in my life. I am a Mormon because it is the only way.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to emulate what Christ did. I try to serve and help those around me and to be a light to others who may be in darkness. The best way to do that is to live the gospel of Christ. Do what he has commanded.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Tyler
Mormons pay 10% of their income to the church because we believe that the Lord blesses us with everything we have in our lives, so the least we can do is give 10% back. This money goes towards building church buildings like temples and churches. It also helps fund basic operations of the church and funding our missionary program. Show more Show less
