Hi I'm Estee Bennett

I'm an adventurer. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to travel and experience new things. I love hiking and being outdoors especially when I get to be with my family. I am the third of six kids and the oldest girl. We love going to Lake Powell, eating delicious food and watching BYU football together. I have been attending college and plan to return to school after I serve a full time 18 month mission in Argentina.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in an LDS home and the gospel of Jesus Christ and the lifestyle along with it has always been a blessing in my life. I can't remember a time that I did not believe that there was a God, from a very young age I could feel his love for me. I am a Mormon because I discovered early, through trial and error, that staying close to God is the only way to happiness. I know that when we pray He can hear us and waits to hear from us often. I have found that as I have read the Book of Mormon it has taught me things that as brought me to closer to the Lord. Through the power of the Holy Ghost I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that Jesus Christ lives and that He is our Savior. Through Him we can change and be forgiven if we repent. I have felt the healing power of the Atonement and I know that it works. Happiness is found in the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am so grateful for that knowledge. The building of my faith in this gospel was a slow, day by day process of trying to live close to the Spirit and trying to improve little by little everyday. I know that if I live a worthy and good life than I can live with the people I love forever. Just by being on this website you are on the right path and you can find the truth too. I know that God loves you, strive to be close to Him and you will feel His love for you.

How I live my faith

I love being involved with my community or ward. I get to go with one of the girls in my ward and visit those that we have missed at church. It is a great opportunity to serve and get to know my neighbors. As I get closer to my service mission for my church my leaders give me the opportunity to speak to the youth and share with them advice on how I have prepared for my mission. I love getting to be with the youth and help them any way I can.
