Hi I'm Libby

I study chemical engineering, foreign languages, and law. I'm serving a mission to Hong Kong, China. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My family, my friends and my Savior are the foundation of my life. I am a patent intern and nanny studying to become a patent lawyer or professor. As of October 2015, I am a missionary to Hong Kong, China, speaking Cantonese. I love words in all languages. I study French, Arabic, and now Chinese. I collect knives, fountain pens, and pictures of temples. I love marshmallows and barbecue pork ribs. I am a music snob. I am open and honest, sometimes excessively so. My greatest joy is that the people I love most are spread across every populated continent, sharing the gospel with the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior and I have come to know, through lots of hard work on my part and His, that He truly can redeem my soul. I want more than anything to share the happiness I feel because of Jesus Christ with everyone I love.

How I live my faith

Before my mission, I served my church by serving on committees and accepting callings to serve and teach others in my congregation. Now, I teach the people of Hong Kong all about the gospel as an officially sanctioned representative of Jesus Christ.
