Hi I'm Greg Peterson

I love music, off-roading, and building things from scratch. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Los Angeles area in a big school with few other members of the church. I made a hobby out installing new stereo systems in my friends and my own cars. I served my mission in Indiana where i learned that there is more to the world then big buildings and cement. This is also where I truly gained my own testimony of the gospel. I am currently attending school at Brigham Young University in Idaho where i am studying to become a Mechanical Engineer and possibly continue on to get a degree in business as well.

Why I am a Mormon

Above I mentioned that i gained my testimony of the Gospel while a served my mission, that's not to say i didn't believe before hand, but i was relying on the faith and testimony of others. As i served others and expounded the joys of the living like Christ to them I got to watch people completely change there lives for the better and find true joy. As this process repeated over and over i started to realize that I, too, was happier than i had ever been before. It is only through Christ and living his Gospel can we find true Joy in this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by example. Many of my friends and Family either aren't members of the Church or don't choose to live the principles they once help precious. I choose to live those standards and show that they do make me happy and make my life more fulfilling.

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Greg Peterson
Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price and penalty for all sins. It is through his Grace that we can overcome our own imperfections and through him that can grow and become stronger. Jesus Christ provides a way for each of us to become better and eventually perfect by helping us back up when we have fallen off the path and providing for us the only way we can live with God again.
