Hi I'm Lizeth

I was born in Mexico and was raised in Northern California. I am a fitness instructor and a wellness coach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of four children and a wife of a very loving, hard working husband who supports me and pushes me to be better in many ways. Growing up watching my Mom run and exercise gave me a passion for fitness. I became a fitness instructor after having my third child, I had gain a lot of weight, and I wanted to be healthy and active for my children. My favorite hobby is dancing, soccer, and laughing with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Being raised in a nice family, but a very unhealthy marriage gave me a lot of dark nights to think of what kind of life I wanted in the future for myself, and certainly not my parents kind of marriage. I started looking for happiness in different ways like, alcohol, clubbing, and just parties all the time to find the emptiness I carried everywhere. Never did I imagine that the happiness I was searching was in the gospel of Jesus Christ. When I found the Church is like I had found myself, I had found home, even though I had all those great feelings I still got on my knees to pray and know if it was true. It is not hard to get on your knees and ask God, if this gospel is true, It takes a little tiny seed of faith, and that is what I had, very little faith, but later it turned into a stronger faith in the Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I currently work from home and enjoy having the freedom of my own schedule. I serve as a Primary President in my community ward, and I also enjoy visiting teaching one dear Sister in my ward who we now have become close friends. I enjoy sharing my talents at church or my community, I teach free fitness classes, nutrition and also create choreography for various events such as talent shows for our ward, or other community events in the fitness industry.
