Hi I'm Olivia

I'm from a small town in Utah, but I decided to serve the Lord and am currently a missionary in the Alaska Anchorage Mission.

About Me

I love reading, cats, and Jesus. I have been a member my whole life and plan on staying that way. I am currently a missionary in Alaska sharing the blessings of the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I feel lost without this religion. I went to work in Teton National Park and I wasn't allowed Sundays off and everyone I worked with drank and smoked. I was the only Mormon there and I felt utterly alone. And because of that, I craved church like I never had before, but I wasn't allowed to go to church on Sunday's because I had to work. And because of that I had to decide if I really believed in this religion or if I just believed because everyone else I knew did. After about a week of working there and being belittled for being a Mormon I decided to quit and return back to Utah for work. And it was crazy, as soon as I decided to return home, peace washed over me. I felt safe and secure. And I knew that being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was the best choice of my life.

How I live my faith

I haven't really had too many opportunities to serve in my ward but I've had some leadership positions like being the president of my wards young woman group. Also I was in charge of planning an all girls camp for my stake when I was younger.
