Hi I'm Dorothy Tuala

I grew up in Southern California. I am the youngest of 4. I have been called to serve in the Samoa Apia Mission. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I attended BYU-Hawaii for a year, then postponed my education to serve a full time mission. I have been called to serve in the Samoa Apia Mission. I am majoring in Pacific Island studies with an emphasis of psychology in the Pacific. I enjoy playing basketball, and watching Disney movies.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to continue to follow the Gospel because I believe all of the principles and doctrine I have learned to be true. As I have read and continue to reread the Book of Mormon, I know that it truly is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know and sustain our Prophet Thomas S. Monson as well as his counselors and apostles. I know that these men are called of God to lead us in these latter days. I choose to live my life as a servant of the Lord, because I know that he is real and has always been with us day in and day out. I choose to follow the gospel because I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I grew up in the Church, and have had many callings and memories within my ward. I participated in many primary programs as a child, and have been in many youth fundraisers to help fund raise for camp. I have served as a Laurel President in the Young Womens, a Youth camp leader/camp mom. I was a Relief society greeter at the YSA ward in college.
